Janaki Gooty

Janaki Gooty joined the Belk College of Business, as assistant professor of Management in the fall of 2010. After receiving her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Oklahoma State University in 2007, Janaki was a fellow of the Center for Leadership Studies and taught at the State University of New York at Binghamton (2007-2010). Her research interests are in leadership, emotions and multi-level issues. Her research has appeared in Organizational Research Methods, The Leadership Quarterly and Journal of Organizational Behavior amongst others and she serves on the editorial board at The Leadership Quarterly.
