Faculty and Friends
As a graduate from the Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance program in the Belk College of Business, I got a glimpse early on of just how invested the faculty are in their students’ successes. Along with the faculty, I have made life-long friendships that I’ve continued throughout the program. The abundance of resources the university is able to provide to ensure success is simply refreshing.
Current and Post-Graduation Work
Currently, I serve as a graduate assistant to the accounting department. I have a full-time job lined up to work as an external auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP upon graduation.
When I’m Not in Class
Through my work as a graduate assistant, I am able to serve as a tutor to the undergraduate accounting students. This position allows me to serve as a mentor to many of those students and provide them with insight from someone who was recently in their shoes. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and catching up on Netflix!
