Where is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the ground floor of the library. It creates a relaxing environment for students to study. All the equipment makes group work much easier.
What was your favorite class at UNC Charlotte and why?
My favorite class was International Management. In that class the professor highly encourages all students to participate. Instead of simple lecturing, he always organizes the debate. It is a very good way to make students think and speak about their opinions.
Why did you major in finance and international business?
International trade is happening every minute of every day. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in these two career areas. I want to apply my knowledge in order to contribute to the financial and international trade worlds.
Why did you choose the Belk College of Business/UNC Charlotte?
Charlotte is a growing city that is famous for its financial market. I really like the Belk College’s inclusive culture. The professors are excellent and knowledgeable. They are very happy to help out their students in many ways.
What activities were you involved in when not working/studying?
I like swimming, playing badminton, and playing Ping-Pong.
What was the best part of your academic experience?
I have enjoyed being highly involved with the Charlotte community. I have acquired many chances to visit different companies and build my social network.
How would you describe the Belk College of Business to someone who is thinking about applying?
This is a growing college. I love the inclusive culture. The education you receive here is not only to teach you about business, it also teaches you how to think, how to be a leader and so on.
What else would you like to share with us?
The Belk College of Business has helped me develop a better understanding of the world through the many experiences it offers. There are many organizations and activities. It has been a great experience.
