The Accounting Internship Application must be completed and approved before you begin the internship and before you will be given permission to enroll in ACCT 3400. The form must be submitted to Dr. Mynatt, the Accounting Internship Coordinator.
The Agreement Form must be signed by you and your supervisor during the first week of employment.
You are required to complete 150 hours to receive credit for your internship; you may use the Hour Verification Form to track your time.
Once you have completed your internship and hours, submit your Student Evaluation Form. The form should be typed (no exceptions) and delivered before the last day of classes for the term of the internship (see academic calendar) to Dr. Mynatt.
You'll find answers to many common questions in the FAQ document; if you need additional assistance, contact Dr. Pat Mynatt (pgmynatt@uncc.edu).
