Hire-A-Niner 

Hire-A-Niner is the campus system used for internship and job postings as well as online career resources. Students can set up their account and access the system using their NinerNet credentials.

Vault

All UNC Charlotte students have access to Vault, an online platform that allows users to gain insight into different industries, companies, and careers. Get insider information about what it’s like to work at different employers as well as career advice and access to job postings. The site includes videos and testimonials from professionals across many industries, sharing what their day-to-day work is really like. Students can log-in to Vault using their NinerNet credentials.

Expand your knowledge base by attending the Belk College's regular professional development seminars. Topics range from building your network and successfully marketing yourself to interviewing, negotiations, starting your own business, business etiquette and more.  Explore the event tab of Hire-A-Niner or the Belk College Events Calendar to register for upcoming development opportunities.

Networking & Connections

Located on UNC Charlotte's main campus, the Center for Graduate Life offers a wealth of personal and professional graduate student services.

Christine F. Price Center for Counseling and Psychological Services

The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at UNC Charlotte supports the holistic well-being and academic success of students and contributes to a healthy and inclusive campus climate. This is accomplished by providing short-term individual and group counseling, crisis management, consultation, referral services, and educational and preventive initiatives for the campus community. Also, CAPS supports the academic mission of the University by serving as a training site for graduate students and supports scholarly activity and professional development of staff.

International Student and Scholar Office

The mission of the International Student and Scholar Office is to provide information, services and programs that help international students and visiting scholars achieve their individual educational and personal goals and that foster an appreciation for a culturally diverse learning environment in the larger University community.

GoinGlobal is a resource for international students in the United States looking for work or domestic students looking to work abroad. GoinGlobal also includes US city profiles and a database of H-1B employers.

Parker Dewey is a site dedicated to providing graduate students and recent graduates the opportunity to work on Micro-Internships. These professional, paid, short-term assignments allow students to demonstrate their skills and grit, explore careers, develop resume content, and increase their networks as they seek internships and full-time roles. Apply for these gigs today!
