As an Admitted Student you:
- We encourage you to explore the campus and attend a Belk College of Business presentation at Admitted Students Day! Please note: Admitted Students Day is NOT MANDATORY, nor does it take the place of Summer SOAR/orientation. You will NOT be registering for classes at this event. However, we invite you to join us for the academic preview session and to meet other future 49ers!
- Must attend SOAR/orientation to enroll in courses for your first semester at UNC Charlotte and register with your Academic and Career Coach.

All business degrees are composed of: (1) General Education Requirements, (2) Progression Requirements, (3) Core Requirements, (4) Major Requirements, and (5) Electives. Beginning Fall 2020, students taking 3000- and 4000-level courses or graduate courses in the Belk College of Business are required to have their own personal laptop computer. Laptops are not required in courses until the junior year as an undergraduate. However, it is highly recommended to bring a laptop during the first year as it is an asset in all university classes.
