Belk College Day of Service 2017

Belk College Day of Service projects connect alumni and students through hands on service.  “Networking in our blue jeans” promotes connections and interaction outside of the classroom or office environment.  In 2017, 18 Belk College alumni and students connected through 54 hours of hands on service to our Charlotte community during April and May sevice projects.  You can view photos from 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 Belk College Day of Service projects.

Spring 2017 Belk College Day of Service projects at Second Harvest Food Bank:

Second Harvest is the largest hunger fighting agency in 19 counties of North and South Carolina.  Our Belk College groups of alumni and students helped with sorting, inspecting, boxing and stocking donations. Alumni connected with our Busienss Honors Program students at Second Harvest on the afternoon of Friday April 28, and alumni reconnected with other alumni of all class years at the project on the evening of Thursday, May 4.
