Brian Bohaty is the Executive Vice President for Business Transformation at Allstate.
Previously, he was the EVP, Client Services Group and Enterprise Inegration for TIAA. In this role, Brian was responsible for developing and delivering the end-to-end service experience to TIAA's individual and institutional clients. He had direct oversight and accountability for the firm’s “service delivery hub,” comprised of TIAA's customer contact centers, middle office support functions and all back-office operations for TIAA's Pension, IRA, brokerage, mutual fund and asset management businesses. Additionally, Brian had responsibility and oversight for business architecture; portfolio governance and execution and enterprise integration activities, utilizing Lean principles to align management systems, operating systems and mindsets and behaviors to consistently drive business performance and a culture of continuous improvement.
With more than 15 years of financial services experience, Mr. Bohaty joined TIAA in 2000 as vice president of operations and product development for the Trust Company. He has held a variety of senior leadership roles in operations, product management, sales and servicing during his tenure with the firm. Some of his key accomplishments include upgrading the Trust Company’s primary operating system, launching TIAA Brokerage Services and playing an integral role in the company’s acquisition of Kaspick, the premier provider of planned giving services for large institutional clients.
Brian holds an MBA and a BA from St. Louis University. He is married with two children and enjoys playing hockey and golf.
