Jennifer Pollino is an executive with twenty-five years of global business leadership experience helping leaders and businesses optimize their performance and results. With hands-on experience in accounting, finance, operations, general management, human resources, and corporate governance, she is an effective adviser to leaders of global manufacturing entities.
Pollino’s corporate background includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for Goodrich, an $8 Billion global aerospace organization with 28,000 employees. Pollino championed and led the deployment of a number of enterprise-wide strategies, including a strategic and Talent Management process that identifies and moves skilled and motivated individuals both up and around the organization.
Pollino also served as General Manager for several Goodrich manufacturing and service operating divisions, with revenues in excess of $500 Million, as well as Vice President of Finance. Pollino led the vertically integrated Aircraft Seating Products division to record sales, income and cash flow, while improving on-time delivery performance. Pollino ran the Turbomachinery Products division, and obtained Board approval for a significant restructuring plan post 9/11 including closure of a Canadian facility and sale of a repair and overhaul business. Pollino grew the flagship Aircraft Wheel and Brake division through winning several strategic new commercial and military business programs.
Pollino graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting, holds a Master of Science in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Pollino is a Board Member of Crane Co., Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Teach for America, Charlotte.
