Dr. Fraher is a visiting clinical assistant professor teaching Operations and Supply Chain Management within the BISOM department at the Belk College of Business. His research area of interest is focused on the impacts of government regulatory policies on supply chain management. Before his retirement in 2018, he served in various domestic and international roles in strategy, marketing, sales, engineering, and operations, with more than 30 years of experience in the water utilities industry. In addition to teaching, he is an independent consultant to the water industry. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. He is a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
