Graduate Assistant, Academic and Career Coaching
I graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a B.A. in Mathematics, and will graduate from UNC Charlotte in May 2020 with a M.S. in Mathematical Finance.
My advice to students:
Take advantage of the opportunities the university provides. Go to networking sessions, speakers, career fairs, and workshops. Building your network is important, and employers also want to know what you're doing outside of the classroom to enhance your skill set.
I am originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, but have lived in Charlotte for the last 8 years. I'm also a big sports fan - Go Panthers!
