Cheryl was a commercial banker for eleven years and has been a management consultant for 20 years. She has served on over 18 diverse community boards and committees. As a consultant Cheryl has worked with local, national and international clients in 17 industries. She continues to consult with businesses in the areas of management, strategic planning, organizational culture, leadership development, customer service, and communication. Cheryl has been an undergraduate lecturer since 2006, and serves as the Faculty Advisor to UNC Charlotte-SHRM (The Society for Human Resource Management).
