Katrice Branner joined the Belk College of Business faculty in 2018 as a full-time lecturer in the Department of Business Information Systems and Operations Management. Katrice earned her MBA in general management from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee. She is working on her doctorate at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Previously Katrice was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America in Small Business Banking Product Delivery. Prior to her time with Bank of America, Katrice was a chemical engineer at The Dow Chemical Company. In addition to her industry experience, she was adjunct faculty in the business schools at Queens University of Charlotte and Johnson C. Smith University. With a passion for small business, her primary research interests focus on small business management of information systems and operations management. She continues to consult with small businesses as the President of Branner Consulting, LLC.
