Dr. Lisa Rolan is a Part-Time Professor of the Belk College of Business. Dr. Rolan joined the Belk College of Business with a primary teaching focus of the business, management, and marketing. Her research interests include family firms, succession planning, generational differences, entrepreneurship, and relationships between generations. Dr. Rolan previously worked as a CFO for municipalities throughout the United States. She has provided training and consulting services on various management topics such as generational differences, how to start your own business, leadership, budgeting and financial management, and professional development.
