Lou Trosch joined the UNC Charlotte faculty in 1969, and teaches business law in the undergraduate program. He is currently managing partner of the Charlotte law firm, Conrad Trosch & Kemmy. Dr. Trosch’s research interests include North Carolina Real Estate Commission rules concerning agency and sub-agency law and how they relate to real estate agents, employment discrimination law related to tenure, and age and gender discrimination in higher education. He is a past recipient of the Bank of America Award for Excellence in Teaching, one of UNC Charlotte’s most prestigious faculty honors.
