Program Description:
Leadership Development - Slowing Down To Go Fast Forward The world in which we work is becoming more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. Greater demands are placed on our leaders to successfully navigate this turbulent business environment. In this session, we will explore the power of intentionally slowing down to improve performance in challenging situations. Stay for the Alumni Coffee immediately after to add to your new skills!

Session Facilitator:
Jeffrey Jones joined the Executive Education team in the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte in January 2019. He specializes in leadership development, leader and team coaching, and organizational consulting. Prior to joining UNC Charlotte, Jeff was the Director of Leadership and Organization Development for the University of Maryland Medical System where he was responsible for the Healthcare Leadership Institute and the internal Consulting and Coaching Practice. Jeff also worked for Erickson Living, Wells Fargo Bank, T. Rowe Price, USF&G Insurance, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Baldwin-Wallace College, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. He earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. Jeff is a qualified practitioner of Hogan personality assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Consulting Psychologist Press assessments (MBTI, FIRO-B, TKI, CPI 260, and Strong), and Korn Ferry/Lominger tools (Leadership Architect, Choices Architect, Voices 360).
