How are visual appearance and professional image linked? Can you remain "feminine" and authentic (e.g., hair, makeup, etc.) and be perceived as competent? What do we know (scientifically) about gender prototypes? What is expected of a woman's visual appearance at work? Are these prototypes similar for different sub groups?  What happens when you deviate from the prototype?
