What degree DID YOU COMPLETE and why?

I completed an M.S. in Management so I can have a successful career in healthcare administration. I believe this degree pairs well with my undergraduate degree in public health to better help serve the community that I reside in.

What has been the best part of your academic experience so far?

Building close relationships with my professors and my classmates. I know that whenever I have a question or need help I had people to turn to.

Why did you choose the Belk College of Business over others?

I chose the Belk College of Business because the idea of having strong alumni connections was very appealing, especially as I start my career. Knowing the right people and building relationships is a key part of being successful.

What can you share about your experience so far being an Ambassador?

My experience of being the M.S. in Management Recruitment Ambassador has been very rewarding. It has allowed me to help grow our graduate program and also allow future prospective students and employers to see how amazing this program is.

Anything else you want to share that may help readers learn about Belk College graduate programs?

The programs that the Belk College offers are strong and well-rounded. My whole experience has been wonderful and I know that I am a better student and professional because of the help and support from the faculty and staff. I know my future is brighter having gone through my program and making the connections along the way.

How would you describe the Belk College of Business to someone considering a master’s program?

I would describe the Belk College of Business as a family. Since serving as an ambassador I have truly enjoyed being able to connect with alumni and current students. I have come to find that the alumni want to help guide and assist the current graduate students, while the students themselves rally together to help each other succeed.
