Dr. Wenwen Dou will discuss various ways to visualize assessment results from AI and machine learning in order to provide intuitive and interactive feedback to improve leadership.

Dr. Scott TonidandelDr. Scott Tonidandel is the Director of the UNC Charlotte Organizational Science Program and a Professor of Management in the Belk College of Business. His research interests include issues related to the leadership effectiveness, the impact of diversity in organizations, people analytics and the interfaces of big data and the organizational sciences. 

Dr. WenWen DouDr. Wenwen Dou is an Associate Professor at the Charlotte Visualization Center.  She works in the cutting edge area of visual text analytics, integrating statistaical and machine learning methods, and her works includes social media analysis, visual/data analytics and text mining.
