Choice Translating, the company owned by Belk College alumni Michelle and Vernon Menard, wasrecently featured in Fortune Small Business.
The article, "Found in translation: Avoiding multilingual gaffes," discusses Choice Translating's role in advising multi-national coporations on how to avoid cultural mishaps when translating brand names and marketing materials.
Michelle Menard is a member of the Belk College's Business Advisory Council. Vernon Menard serves as a member of the advisory board of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE).
