Tuesday, October 30, 2012

The UNC Charlotte/ Eta Alpha chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, the honorary society for accounting students and professionals, has been designated as a Superior Chapter by the national organization.

"Recognition as Superior Chapter is a significant accomplishment," said Blane Ruschak, 2012-13 president of Beta Alpha Psi. "The Eta Alpha Chapter has far exceeded the baseline requirements of Beta Alpha Psi and has excelled in the areas of academics, professionalism, and leadership."

Ruschak praised the chapter's faculty advisor, Dr. Pat Mynatt, for her leadership and "invaluable service" to UNC Charlotte.
