The North Carolina economy can expect continued growth in 2014, UNC Charlotte economist John Connaughton reported today in his quarterly forecast for the state .
UNC Charlotte’s Part-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program ranked No. 61 in the 2015 edition of Best Graduate Schools by U.S. News Media Group. The ranking moves the program into the top 13 percent of all AACSB-accredited business programs nationwide.
The race is on to establish key hubs for Big Data across the country. Charlotte is uniquely positioned to serve as a leader in the new data-driven economy based on the concentration and spectrum of data-driven industries in the state, including energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
